By creating an account, accessing, or using any service on Pakistan Panels (pakistanpanels.org), you ("User", "you") accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws of Pakistan. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our SMM panel immediately.

To use Pakistan Panels, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country).
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during signup.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform-specific rules (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• All activities occurring under your account.
• Ensuring the URLs and links you submit are correct and public.
• Not sharing your account with third parties.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• All payments must be made through our approved methods: EasyPaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency.
• Funds added to your wallet are non-transferable between accounts.
• Balance is stored in your panel in the currency selected at the time of deposit.
• Minimum deposit and pricing are shown on each service page in PKR or USD.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing without prior notice.

• Refunds: Undelivered orders are refunded to your panel balance automatically. Refunds to original payment method are not provided.
• Refill: Supported services carry a refill guarantee. If a drop occurs within the guarantee window, we refill at no cost.
• Non-refundable: Completed orders, orders placed on wrong links, and orders on private/restricted accounts.
• Refill requests must be submitted through your dashboard within the guarantee period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund:

• Using our services for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Submitting links that violate platform terms (e.g., adult content, hate speech).
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our platform.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or referrals.
• Reselling without purchasing a valid reseller API plan.
• Using stolen payment methods.
• Submitting false refund or chargeback claims.

Pakistan Panels provides services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We are not responsible for account suspensions or bans imposed by social media platforms.
• We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or growth outcomes.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Pakistan Panels after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
